CHILD-UP part of the European Toolkit for Schools

Posted on 25 May 2022 by CHILD-UP team

The CHILD-UP project was selected and included, among other valuable initiatives, in the European Toolkit for Schools, which is part of the School Education Gateway of the European Commission.

The European Toolkit for Schools “offers concrete ideas for improving collaboration within, between and beyond schools with a view to enabling all children and young people to succeed in school. School leaders, teachers, parents and other people involved in different aspects of school life can find helpful information, examples of measures and resource material to inspire their efforts in providing effective and high-quality early childhood and school education”.

CHILD-UP was integrated into the toolkit in the ‘Support to learners’ area, and more precisely in the section devoted to ‘Refugees, Migrants and Roma’, in consideration of the importance of its activities and research results, as well as for the relevance of the innovative tools that it will produce to support teachers in dealing with innovative teaching and facilitation methodologies.
