A strong social Europe for just transitions

European Commission’s Communication – COM(2020) 14 final follows up the European Pillar of Social Rights to promise a more concrete implementation starting in 2021, after what is described as a participatory stakeholders’ involvement process.
Even tough education of migrant children as such is not explicitly mentioned in this document, focus on inclusiveness of education is there. Furthermore, how the present COVID19 crisis will influence the implementation, resources and timing is obviously not known yet.

CHILD-UP researches into the level of integration of migrant children in Europe and their social condition, with the primary aim of providing support for migrant children’s exercise of agency in changing their own conditions of integration and constructing hybrid identities.
